Small Plug Cover Lockout with Pipe Insert
This is one of the most effective ways of locking out a hanging control panel or plug.
Unlike other conventional lockouts which simply place the panel in a bag, this lockout prevents operation of the buttons by inserting the plug inside a PVC pipe insert before it is placed inside the bag! Once inside the pipe and bag, it becomes impossible for anyone to actually access the buttons inside the lockout.
