Adjustable Butterfly Valve Lockout

This product can be made to fit a wide variety of international butterfly valves and when applied completely stops operation of the valve, thus ensuring it can’t be switched on when maintenance work might be taking place.

The device is made of resistant polypropylene plastic that is entirely non-conductive, which means this product can be used in areas where electrical current may be a problem.

To apply the valve, the device is slid into position, and a wedge on the slider section stops the squeezing of the butterfly valve from taking place. A padlock is then added to the tightest hole on the device, which can be slid to different areas to determine tightness.

These products are resistant to cracks and abrasions as well, making them suitable for use in chemical/industrial environments and even outdoors.
